Ginkgo biloba, standardised to 24% flavone glycosides and 6% terpene lactones, is recognised for supporting microcirculation and mental alertness — both often affected during the premenstrual phase. Zinc bisglycinate TRAACS® (10 mg, 100% NRV) is the most absorbable and best-tolerated mineral form; vitamin B5 (30 mg, 500% NRV) supports energy metabolism, while active vitamin B6 (P5P, 1.7 mg, 100% NRV) contributes to hormonal regulation and normal nervous system function.

Take up to 3 capsules a day depending on symptom intensity, with a meal and a large glass of water. It can be taken for 10-14 days per cycle, during the luteal phase (between ovulation and your period), or continuously if discomfort persists. A 90-capsule bottle covers one to three months depending on the dose used.

This supplement is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are on hormonal treatment (hormonal contraception, HRT) or have a hormone-dependent condition, consult your doctor before use, particularly because of the chasteberry content.
