KSM-66 is an exclusive extraction process developed by Ixoreal Biomed, using only organic Withania somnifera root — unlike generic extracts that mix root and leaf. Using only the root concentrates the plant’s main active compounds in a “full spectrum” profile faithful to the traditional root used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine. The 5% withanolide content is certified on every batch, and the process holds ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certifications.

Withanolides are ashwagandha’s main bioactive compounds, responsible for its adaptogenic properties, helping the body’s response to physical, emotional or environmental stress return towards balance without harsh stimulation or marked sedation. KSM-66 is one of the world’s most studied botanical extracts, with over 24 clinical studies published in peer-reviewed journals, covering stress markers (including cortisol), sleep quality, memory and focus, hormonal balance, and physical performance.

The KSM-66 process uses only water-based extraction, with no organic solvents such as ethanol or hexane, preserving the full molecular spectrum of the root including heat-sensitive compounds. This “full spectrum” extract faithfully reproduces the natural root profile rather than a depleted isolate, supporting efficient absorption and excluding contamination by heavy metals, pesticides or solvent residues.

Take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water, preferably with a meal — morning or midday for stress/cognitive support, or later in the day to support better sleep. A course of 4 to 8 weeks is recommended, renewable after a short break. You may start with a single capsule for the first few days to assess personal tolerance.
