When does your parcel leave?
Two examples, to count it right
You order on Wednesday at 11 a.m. The parcel leaves on Wednesday. With Colissimo, it reaches you Thursday in Paris, Friday across France*.
You order on Friday at 5 p.m. Too late for that day's collection: the parcel leaves Monday morning. Sunday does not count. With Colissimo, it reaches you Tuesday in Paris, Wednesday across France*.
The times in the table run from the parcel's departure, not from your order — and in working days: neither Sundays nor public holidays count.
Mondial Relay: the price follows the weight
This is our lowest rate, and the simplest one we could put together: no minimum to reach, nothing added along the way. The price shown is the price paid — it simply depends on how much your parcel weighs.
To France: 3,90 € up to 500 g, 4,50 € up to 1 kg, 6,30 € up to 2 kg, 6,70 € up to 4 kg.
The Colissimo surcharge over 500 g
A Colissimo parcel over 500 g costs us more to send: we add 3 € to a pickup point or 5 € to your door. It applies even when delivery is free, and we would rather tell you here than at the payment stage.
As a guide: a bottle of capsules weighs about 100 g; a powder or a liquid soon goes past 500 g.
All prices include tax, tracked shipping. The exact amount appears in your basket as soon as you enter your country — no surprise at the last step. The Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and the Azores are not served.
* These are the times usually observed, counted from the parcel's departure. According to Colissimo, 95 % of parcels are delivered within 48 h in mainland France; allow 3 to 4 days in busy periods. Mondial Relay times are those published by the carrier. In both cases these are estimates, not a contractual commitment.
In-store pickup only
A few heavy or fragile products (glass-bottled broths, very large formats) aren’t shipped and are only available for in-store pickup. This is always clearly noted on the product page.

How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your Colissimo tracking number, so you can follow your parcel in real time. Any question? Write to us at contact@herbabarona.com — we keep an eye on every shipment.
How does Click & Collect work, step by step?
Place your order online and choose “Click & Collect” at checkout. We’ll email you once it’s ready — usually within 2 hours during opening times. Come to the shop at 10 rue Théophile Roussel, show your order confirmation, and we’ll hand it straight over. It’s completely free, whatever the order amount.
Do you deliver outside Paris and France?
Yes — we ship across mainland France, the rest of Europe, Switzerland, French overseas territories and a number of other countries. Rates and delivery times depend on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your address.
My parcel arrived damaged — what should I do?
Note any damage with the carrier if possible, take a few photos, and email us within 48 hours at contact@herbabarona.com with your order number. We’ll sort out a replacement or refund quickly.
I’ve changed my mind: can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to change your mind, with no need to give a reason. Simply send the product back to Herba Barona, 10 rue Théophile Roussel, 75012 Paris, France, slipping your order number (or your first and last name) inside the parcel. No need to contact us beforehand.
One condition, and it comes down to hygiene: the product must be unopened — seal, film or blister intact — in its complete original packaging and in perfect resale condition. A food supplement that has been opened cannot be taken back or resold: this is the exception set out in Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code. An opened product cannot be refunded, taken back or exchanged.
One thing worth knowing upfront, so there’s no unpleasant surprise: we don’t send a prepaid return label, and return postage is at your expense. That leaves you free to pick whichever carrier suits you — the handiest, or the cheapest. Two tips that save time: pack the parcel securely (it mustn’t get crushed on the way) and slip your order number inside (or your first and last name). How does the refund work?
As soon as your parcel reaches the shop, we refund you the same day, using the same payment method as your order. We don’t wait for the 14-day legal deadline — your refund is immediate.
You get back the price of the product and the standard delivery cost. If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard one, only the standard part is refunded — the extra stays at your expense.
Would you rather have an exchange than a refund? That’s possible, just tell us; return postage is then at your expense.
