About the gut microbiome

How to use
Follow the dosage shown on the Novoma label. We recommend taking the capsules in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water, to help the bacteria survive stomach acidity (which is lower when fasting). A course of at least one month is recommended to allow the probiotics to colonise the gut effectively.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult a healthcare professional if pregnant, breastfeeding, or on immunosuppressive treatment.
Probiotics and diet
Alongside supplementation, some fermented foods are naturally rich in probiotics: yoghurt, kefir, raw sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, tempeh, kombucha and raw-milk cheeses. Prebiotics — non-digestible fibres that feed the good bacteria — are equally important, found in vegetables (artichoke, asparagus, onion, garlic, leek), bananas, whole grains and legumes.
