Pancreatin 11X is a concentrated pancreatic extract providing the three main types of digestive enzymes — amylase, protease and lipase — at 11 times the concentration of standard pancreatic powder. Bromelain, from pineapple stem, is a natural protein-digesting enzyme active across a wide pH range, while papain, from papaya, complements bromelain’s action. Together, these three enzyme sources cover the full digestive process from stomach to small intestine.

Bile, produced by the liver, plays a fundamental role in fat digestion by emulsifying fats into smaller droplets to increase surface contact with lipases. The ox bile extract in this formula contains a minimum of 45% total cholic acids, the active emulsifying components of bile — useful for anyone who struggles with fat-rich meals or has reduced bile production. This helps the pancreatin’s lipases work more efficiently, supporting absorption of essential fatty acids and the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K.

Take 1 capsule with each meal, with a large glass of water, ideally at the start of the meal. The bottle of 90 capsules provides about one month at three meals a day, or three months at one capsule daily.

The recommended dose is one capsule per meal. We do not recommend exceeding this without advice from a healthcare professional.

Does this product contain allergens?

It contains sulfites and is made in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat and nuts. Anyone allergic to these should exercise caution.
