Acerola (Malpighia glabra) is a small tropical fruit native to South America, naturally 20–30 times richer in vitamin C than oranges. Novoma sources a certified organic extract, grown without synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilisers or GMOs, harvested at peak ripeness and gently dried to preserve the fruit’s full nutritional profile. Unlike synthetic vitamin C (isolated ascorbic acid), acerola’s vitamin C comes with natural bioflavonoids, carotenoids and other cofactors that support its assimilation by the body.

Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function, reduced tiredness and fatigue, normal collagen formation for skin, bones, cartilage and gums, and protecting cells from oxidative stress (authorised EFSA claims).
