Take 1–3 capsules a day with water, with a meal. For standard immune support, 1 capsule a day makes the bottle last 3 months; during fatigue or higher demand, increase to 3 capsules for the full 1,000mg dose. Best taken in the morning or early afternoon, as some people find it mildly stimulating.
