What is propolis?
Propolis is a complex resinous substance bees make from resins and balms collected from tree buds and bark, mixed with wax, pollen and their own enzymatic secretions. A 5:1 ratio means 5 kg of raw propolis was needed to produce 1 kg of dry extract, removing waxes and non-bioactive resins to concentrate the active compounds. How to use & precautions
Take 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times a day, with a meal and a glass of water. Some people increase to 2–3 capsules during winter months or seasonal changes, returning to 1 capsule otherwise.
Do not exceed 3 capsules a day. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical advice. Not recommended for people allergic to bee products, bee venom, pollen or royal jelly.
