A multi-step purification process removes heavy metals, dioxins and PCBs well below detection thresholds, reaching a 90% omega-3 concentration in triglyceride form — among the highest on the market — with full batch traceability from boat to capsule.

EPA and DHA are the two main long-chain omega-3s, essential because the body cannot make enough itself. Each 4-capsule dose provides 800mg EPA and 600mg DHA (1,400mg combined). The triglyceride (TG) form offers 50–70% better bioavailability than the ethyl ester (EE) form used in entry-level products, so the body absorbs more omega-3 per dose.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, at 250mg/day or more — this formula’s 600mg per dose comfortably exceeds that. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, at 250mg/day combined or more — again well exceeded here. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, at 250mg/day or more, supporting the retina’s photoreceptor cell membranes, where DHA is highly concentrated.

Take 1–4 capsules a day, ideally with a fat-containing meal (olive oil, avocado, butter) to aid absorption, split across two meals if preferred. At 2 capsules/day: 2 months; 1 capsule/day: 4 months; 4 capsules/day: 1 month. A course of at least 3 months is recommended.

Contains fish and fish gelatine: not suitable for vegetarians or people with fish allergies. If on anticoagulant medication, consult your doctor before supplementing with omega-3.
