The Olivie range comes from olive trees grown in a rocky desert in Morocco, with no fertiliser or pesticide. Subjected to intense water and heat stress (over 50°C in summer, prolonged drought, extreme sun exposure), these trees activate their defence mechanisms and produce considerably higher amounts of polyphenols. Analyses show that desert olives can contain up to 30 times more polyphenols than olives grown under classic Mediterranean conditions — an exceptional richness, concentrated in the pearls, that sets this product apart from other olive-based supplements.

The 100 g jar is equivalent to about 20 spoonfuls, a daily dose for almost three weeks — the ideal trial size, perfect for testing Desert Olive Pearls before moving to a longer course, or for carrying the product while travelling thanks to its compact size. For a longer-term course, a more generous jar is also available.

The recommended dose is one teaspoon per day, ideally with a meal, with a glass of water. Once opened, the jar keeps for about six weeks, away from light and heat; reseal it well after each use and keep it out of reach of children.
