Unlike typical shelf multivitamins, every active in Multi 27 is chosen for the form the body can use most readily. B vitamins are in coenzymatic form (pyridoxal-5-phosphate for B6, methylfolate for B9, a trio of adenosyl-, hydroxy- and methylcobalamin for B12), so they’re usable by cells without a liver conversion step — including for people with MTHFR gene variants. Vitamin C is European-quality Quali-C, vitamin D3 comes from lichen (vegan-friendly), and vitamin K2 MK-7 is paired with K1 for bone and cardiovascular synergy. Minerals are also chelated: zinc bisglycinate, L-selenomethionine and potassium iodide, all known for excellent digestive tolerance and superior absorption.

Vitamins A, C, D3, B6, B12, zinc and selenium contribute to normal immune function. The full B-vitamin complex supports energy metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Iodine and plant-based omega-3 from Schizochytrium microalgae support cognitive function and nerve signalling. Organic açaí, organic blackcurrant and elderberry, rich in polyphenols and anthocyanins, reinforce the antioxidant action of vitamins C and E, alongside a full spectrum of natural carotenoids (beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene) for cellular protection.

Take 2 capsules a day with water, with a meal — ideally breakfast, since eating with fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and omega-3s aids absorption. Very active people can split the dose across two meals (1 capsule morning, 1 at lunch).
