The DHA comes from Schizochytrium sp. microalgae rather than fish oil — free of marine contaminants and not linked to overfishing. Each daily dose (2 capsules) provides 130mg total omega-3 (125mg DHA), contributing to normal brain function and normal vision. The vitamin D3 is extracted from lichen, a genuinely plant-based source (most D3 supplements use lanolin from sheep’s wool), delivering 25µg (1000 IU) per daily dose, supporting normal immune function, calcium absorption, and normal bones and muscle function. Magnesium is provided as the malate form, valued for high bioavailability and good digestive tolerance, at 90mg per dose (24% NRV), contributing to reduced tiredness and normal nervous system and muscle function.

Take 2 capsules a day with a large glass of water, ideally with a meal containing some fat to aid absorption of vitamin D3 and DHA.
