Under normal conditions, the body synthesises some of its nucleotides via the “de novo” pathway and recovers another part via the “salvage” pathway. However, during periods of physiological stress (growth, illness, intense exertion, convalescence, ageing), these internal pathways can become insufficient — which is where dietary nucleotide intake becomes relevant.

Take 2 capsules per day with a meal and a large glass of water, for 1,200 mg of Ribocare® nucleotides daily. The recommended course is 1 to 3 months, renewable as needed. For a more intensive approach during convalescence or sustained athletic effort, the dose can be increased to 3 capsules a day on the advice of a healthcare professional. The 60-capsule pack covers about 30 days at 2 capsules a day.
