Melatonin is the natural hormone secreted by the pineal gland as light fades. According to EFSA, melatonin contributes to a reduction in the time taken to fall asleep (beneficial effect with 1 mg taken just before bedtime) and helps alleviate the subjective feelings of jet lag (with 0.5 mg at bedtime, on the first day of travel and the following days). The oral spray form speeds up passage into the bloodstream compared with a classic swallowed tablet.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) is traditionally used to support relaxation before bed. Combined with melatonin in a spray, it complements the sleep-onset action well, helping calm the mind after a busy day. Passionflower is also found in our sleep-support capsule complexes and herbal teas.

Spray once into the mouth, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Close the bottle tightly after each use and store at room temperature, away from light.

Yes, absorption through the oral mucosa is faster than the digestive route. The effect usually appears within 15 to 30 minutes.
