Magnesium malate, bound to malic acid (a Krebs-cycle intermediate), contributes directly to cellular ATP production — well suited to fatigue and muscle recovery. Magnesium taurate, paired with taurine, supports the nervous and cardiovascular systems, easing relaxation, sleep and heart function.

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzymatic reactions.
