Buy Chicken Bone Broth: ready-to-drink natural nutrition
An organic chicken bone broth, slow-cooked for 20 hours from free-range chicken carcasses and organic vegetables, for a natural boost of collagen, protein and minerals. Available at our Paris shop, with Click & Collect and delivery across France and Europe.
Origin and how it’s made
This broth is made from the carcasses of free-range chickens raised on farms that grow their own feed and follow sustainable practices, supporting both animal welfare and nutritional quality. To draw out its full nutritional value, the bones simmer gently for 20 hours — a process that allows optimal release of micronutrients, particularly collagen, protein and a wide range of amino acids specific to connective tissue.
Composition and benefits
Each jar has a short ingredient list: pure water, poultry bones, a mix of vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, leek), organic seasoning and a few aromatic herbs. Each serving delivers close to 4 g of pure collagen, an intake rarely found in everyday foods, alongside a controlled calorie content (38 kcal per glass), under 0.2 g fat and very little carbohydrate.
The dominant amino acids — glycine, proline, glutamine and hydroxyproline — are key building blocks for tissue repair, along with L-arginine and other conditionally essential amino acids, making this broth stand apart from a simple cooking stock. Suitable for most intolerances, as it contains no gluten, lactose or lead, with celery as the only listed allergen.
How to use & storage
Ready to drink, simply warm the contents of the jar — a savoury alternative to coffee, tea or sugary drinks in the morning, or a comforting base for risottos, sauces, veloutés or even smoothies. Store unopened at room temperature; once opened, keep in the fridge.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains celery. Keep out of reach of children.
Frequently asked questions
How does this bone broth differ from a classic broth?
The main difference is the very long cooking time (20 hours), which allows maximum extraction of collagen and minerals, compared with classic broths made in under an hour, giving a higher protein content (1.6 g/100 ml vs under 0.5 g) and close to 4 g of collagen per glass, versus a negligible amount in ordinary broth.
How can I easily fit this broth into my diet?
This ready-to-use broth can be enjoyed as is, lightly warmed, or used as a base for homemade soups, risottos and stews; its fluid texture also allows it to be blended into protein drinks for variety.
Does this broth contain allergens?
This broth contains no common allergen except celery, used in a small amount to enhance the flavour; it contains no gluten, lactose or egg, making it suitable for most food intolerances and allergies.
