Myo-inositol supplementation is traditionally used by people looking to support their nervous balance or carbohydrate metabolism.

Does inositol help you sleep?

Some people report a calming effect when taking inositol in the evening, but it is not a sleep aid as such — inositol is involved in the balance of neurotransmitters linked to nervous relaxation. If you’re specifically looking for sleep support, other supplements such as melatonin, valerian or magnesium glycinate may be more suitable.

How long does the 113 g tub last?

The tub contains about 155 doses of 730 mg. At one dose a day, it lasts more than five months; at two daily doses, about two and a half months.
