Per 15g serving: 49 kcal, 0g fat, 0.5g carbs, 2.1g fibre, 10.3g protein/collagen, 80mg Vitamin C (100% NRV), 3mg zinc (30% NRV), 50µg biotin (100% NRV). Net carbs of just 0.5g per serving make it compatible with low-carb and ketogenic diets. Take 15g a day (about one heaped tablespoon), stirring the powder into the liquid (not the reverse) to avoid clumping — it has a neutral taste and mixes into hot or cold water, coffee, tea, smoothies, soup, yoghurt or muesli. A 450g pouch covers about 30 days at 15g/day; visible results are usually seen after 4–8 weeks, with a 3-month course recommended for optimal results.
