Zeolite is a volcanic mineral formed millions of years ago where lava met seawater. Clinoptilolite, one of many zeolite varieties, has a cage-like crystalline structure that lets it bind and hold certain substances within its molecular framework as it passes through the digestive tract — a purely physical process, not absorbed into the body. This 200g formula combines 90% PMA-micro-activated clinoptilolite with 10% dolomite (a natural source of calcium and magnesium), with no fillers, additives, gluten, lactose or added sugar, and is fully vegan.

In the digestive tract, PMA-zeolite acts as a natural molecular sieve, selectively binding certain unwanted substances while releasing beneficial minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium in exchange — an ion-exchange process that takes place entirely within the gut, with the zeolite passing through and out naturally. Thanks to its alkaline mineral content, it can also support the body’s acid-base balance. It suits people wishing to support their body’s natural elimination functions, city dwellers exposed to daily pollution, those with a processed-food-heavy diet, and anyone pursuing a broader wellness routine.

Mix 1–2 level teaspoons (3–6g) of powder into a large glass of water (200–300ml). Stir well and drink immediately, ideally 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours after, to avoid interfering with nutrient absorption. A typical protocol: 2 teaspoons a day (morning and evening) for 2–4 weeks, then 1 teaspoon a day for a further 4–8 weeks. Drink at least 1.5–2 litres of water daily throughout the course, which typically lasts 4–12 weeks and can be repeated a few times a year, for example in spring and autumn.

Does zeolite interact with medication?
