Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), at 48 mg per daily dose (60% NRV), contributing to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones, cartilage and skin, and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. This three-in-one approach means fewer separate supplements to take.

Take 1-2 capsules a day, about 10 minutes before meals, with a large glass of water. A 60-capsule bottle provides 30-60 days of use depending on the dose chosen. Made within the European Union, in vegetable HPMC capsules suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets, with no gluten or lactose according to the manufacturer.
