Siliplant is the plant-based version of the Silicium G7 range developed by Silicium Espana following the formula of Dr Loïc Le Ribault, a pioneer of organic silicon research. Unlike the original Silicium G7 based on monomethylsilanetriol, Siliplant draws its silicon from plant extracts naturally rich in silica, mainly organic horsetail (Equisetum arvense), combined with stabilised silicic acid. Its concentration reaches 360 mg of silicon per litre.

Silicon is a trace element naturally present in the body, particularly in bones, cartilage, skin, hair and nails. Its reserves decline with age, which can translate into a loss of tissue suppleness and firmness. Siliplant’s liquid, energised format aims for optimal assimilation of this trace element, without complex digestive processing.

Silicon is a structural component of cartilage and bone tissue. It’s involved in the synthesis of collagen and glycosaminoglycans, essential components of the cartilage matrix, and helps fix calcium in bone. By supporting the quality of these tissues, organic silicon contributes to joint comfort and the maintenance of bone capital, making it a valued ally for active people, athletes, and anyone wanting to preserve their mobility over the years.

The collagen and elastin in skin, along with the keratin in hair and nails, contain silicon within their structure. Organic silicon supplementation can help maintain firm, elastic skin, strong hair and resilient nails. Siliplant, in its liquid plant-based form, makes it easy to get this trace element daily. The presence of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) in the formula rounds out horsetail’s action.

The recommended dose is 15 ml twice a day, or 30 ml daily, taken 15-20 minutes before meals, neat or diluted in a little water. The 1-litre bottle thus covers about a month’s course. Siliplant can be used over several months, continuously or alternating periods of intake and rest as needed. Once opened, store preferably in a cool place away from light.

How long does a 1-litre bottle last?

At 30 ml per day (15 ml morning and evening), a 1-litre bottle covers about a month’s course.

Does Siliplant have a particular taste?

The taste is neutral to slightly plant-like. It can be taken neat or diluted in a little water without losing effectiveness.
