Vitamin D3 supports intestinal calcium absorption, essential for skeletal strength. Vitamin K2 MK7, in its highly bioactive trans form, directs that calcium towards bones and teeth, limiting deposits in soft tissue and vessels. Together, they optimise phosphocalcic metabolism and contribute to normal immune function. D3 comes exclusively from lichen, suiting vegetarian and vegan diets.

Regular D3 and K2 intake contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, supports muscle function and normal immune function. Vitamin K2 also plays a role in normal blood clotting. This duo particularly suits those with low sun exposure, seniors, and those on restrictive diets.

Each pullulan vegetable capsule contains 50µg vitamin D3 (2000 IU, 1000% NRV) and 80µg vitamin K2 MK7 (100% NRV). The only other ingredient is organic acacia fibre as a natural carrier — no chemical excipients, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide or nanoparticles. Gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free and yeast-free. K2 MK7 purity exceeds 96%, exclusively in the trans form — the only one recognised as truly bioactive.

Take 1 capsule a day with a meal containing some fat, to aid absorption of these fat-soluble vitamins. Maintaining intake over several months gives optimal benefit. A 60-capsule format covers two months at the recommended dose.

Does not replace a varied, balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Those on anticoagulant (vitamin K antagonist) treatment must consult their doctor before any K2 supplementation, as should pregnant or breastfeeding women.
