Each daily 8g dose provides 3,400mg of polyfloral honey, 360mg of propolis extract, 243mg of fresh royal jelly, 224mg of acerola extract (titrated to 25% vitamin C, providing 40mg of vitamin C, 50% NRV), 121mg of papaya powder and 32mg of ginseng extract. Energy value: about 25 kcal per 8g serving. This is a food product containing hive ingredients and gluten-free wheat syrup.

Take 1 teaspoon (8g) each morning, ideally on an empty stomach, 15 to 30 minutes before breakfast — neat off the spoon, stirred into a warm drink (tea, herbal tea, plant-based milk, staying under 40°C to protect the heat-sensitive royal jelly and vitamin C), or spread on wholegrain bread.
