Feel Pure’s resin is hand-harvested above 5,000 metres altitude during the short summer window, where extreme conditions (40°C day-night temperature swings, reduced atmospheric pressure, intense sunlight) concentrate fulvic acid and minerals to their maximum. This precise geographic origin is what gives Feel Pure shilajit its exceptional >75% fulvic acid content.

Every batch undergoes a double systematic analysis before sale: a supplier analysis in Kashmir checking fulvic acid content, full mineral profile and absence of contaminants in the raw material; and an independent French counter-analysis by Eurofins (ISO 17025 certified, the world’s leading bio-analytical lab network), verifying fulvic acid (confirmed ≥75%, premium grade), humic acid (1.6%), 80+ bioavailable minerals, heavy metals and microbiology.

Many manufacturers use chemical solvents or high-temperature industrial processes that denature actives. Feel Pure instead uses traditional purification with pure water and Triphala — an ancient Ayurvedic blend of three fruits (Amalaki, Bibhitaki, Haritaki) that naturally helps separate pure resin from mineral impurities. The raw shilajit undergoes quadruple distillation in pure water and Triphala, removing rock particles with no chemical solvent, preserving all actives (fulvic acid, humic acid, chelated minerals), and concentrating the resin to its characteristic premium texture, with no chemical residues.

0.3 to 0.5g a day using the supplied dosing spoon. Dissolve in a warm drink (max 40°C) or under the tongue, 1–2 times a day, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. A course of 1–3 months is typical; the 30g jar lasts about 2 months.

Is shilajit the same as “chilagite” or “shilagite”?

Yes — these are simply common phonetic spellings of the Sanskrit word shilajit, referring to exactly the same resin.
