Why organic, and cold-processed
Organic certification covers the whole chain: cows have mandatory pasture access, feed mainly on organic grass and forage, and are not routinely treated with antibiotics or growth hormones — resulting in milk with a more favourable fatty-acid profile (more omega-3 and conjugated CLA) and lower exposure to pesticide and veterinary drug residues. The cold-processing method keeps the temperature below the point where whey proteins denature (roughly 60–70°C), preserving their native structure plus minor but bioactive fractions like immunoglobulins, lactoferrin and glycomacropeptides, and improving solubility and digestibility.
Nutritional profile
With around 80% protein per dose, this whey delivers a full essential amino acid spectrum with a naturally high BCAA content (leucine, isoleucine, valine). Fat and carbohydrate content is moderate, typical of a high-quality whey concentrate. With no sweeteners or flavourings, the taste is neutral to lightly milky. Non-GMO.
How to use & precautions
Mix one 30 g serving into 250 ml of water or milk (dairy or plant-based), ideally with a blender or shaker. Take after training, at breakfast, or as an afternoon protein snack. Thanks to its neutral taste, it also works well in cooking — protein pancakes, smoothies, bowls or homemade energy bars.
