PMA-Zeolite is a natural volcanic clinoptilolite that has undergone Panaceo International’s patented mechano-physical activation process (PMA), which modifies the mineral’s surface structure to optimise its adsorption properties and interaction with the intestinal lining. Zeolite is a microporous mineral whose cage-like crystal structure gives it natural adsorption properties, able to trap metal ions, toxins and other small molecules within its cavities.

The intestinal lining forms a selective barrier between the gut and the bloodstream, maintained by epithelial cells and their tight junctions. Panaceo-conducted clinical studies on PMA-Zeolite showed a significant reduction in markers of intestinal permeability after several weeks of regular use — the proposed mechanism involves adsorbing bacterial lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and other unwanted molecules, easing local inflammation and supporting restoration of the mucosal barrier. The German name “Darm-Repair” literally means “gut repair.”

At 3g a day (about a teaspoon), the 400g pack covers roughly 4 months; at the more intensive 6g/day, about 2 months. The powder dissolves easily in water, vegetable juice or clear broth, with a neutral taste. Compared with capsules, powder is more economical per gram of PMA-Zeolite and allows precise dose adjustment.

Take away from meals, ideally 30 minutes before or 2 hours after, and at least 2 hours apart from any medication to avoid any potential interaction with absorption of active ingredients. Store in the original packaging away from moisture and heat, and reseal carefully after each use.
