The hair growth cycle has three phases — anagen (growth), catagen (regression) and telogen (rest) — and a full cycle lasts several months, which is why a course of at least 3 months is recommended to observe significant results on hair quality and density.
How to use
Take 1 capsule per day, in the morning, with a meal and a large glass of water. The 45-capsule format corresponds to 1.5 months of course. For a complete 3-month course — the optimal duration to support a full hair cycle — we recommend continuing with the 90-capsule format, or taking two 45-capsule bottles.
