The ingredient list fits on one line: gamma-aminobutyric acid, plant-based pullulan capsule, glycine, maltodextrin and acacia gum as a bulking agent. No preservatives, no colourings, no titanium dioxide, no magnesium stearate. Pullulan is a polysaccharide obtained by fermentation; it replaces animal gelatin, so the capsule is entirely plant-based.

The product is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free and GMO-free, and contains none of the allergens that must be declared. It is made in France, developed and produced in line with the European anti-doping standard EN 17444, and each batch comes with a traceability sheet published by the brand.

Nutripure recommends 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably in the evening: either 1 capsule in the late afternoon or early evening and 1 later in the evening, or both capsules together in the evening.
