CLA in Paris: Nutrimuscle conjugated linoleic acid, 120 capsules
Nutrimuscle CLA supplies conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil in softgels, standardised to 80 %: 400 mg of CLA per capsule. The bottle of 120 capsules lasts one month and is available at our shop in Paris.
What is CLA?
CLA stands for conjugated linoleic acid, a fatty acid found naturally in small amounts in meat and dairy from ruminants. In concentrated form it is obtained from vegetable oils, here safflower oil. So it is a dietary fatty acid, neither a plant extract nor a synthetic substance.
The softgel shields the oil from air and light until you take it — important for a fat that can oxidise.
One bottle, one month
The manufacturer’s recommended serving is four capsules a day, so the 120 capsules last exactly 30 days. CLA is taken over time, alongside a diet and training routine, not now and then.
One serving provides 2000 mg of safflower oil, of which 1600 mg is conjugated linoleic acid. The 80 % standardisation is worth checking: not every CLA on the market is equally concentrated.
How to fit it into a routine
Spread the four capsules across your meals, since a fat is better absorbed with other fats. CLA replaces neither an adjusted diet nor exercise, and only makes sense as a complement to both — something we say plainly in our shop.
Athletes mostly use it during phases when they want to refine their body composition without cutting back on training. More in our sport and endurance section.
Ingredients
Safflower oil and a clear softgel made of beef gelatin, glycerol and water — nothing else. It is therefore not suitable for a vegetarian diet. Store somewhere cool, dry and dark, like any oil-based product.
Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children. If you take medication, ask a health professional first.
At our shop in Paris
Nutrimuscle belongs to the French NLab group. We carry the whole Nutrimuscle range at our shop in the 12th arrondissement, near Ledru-Rollin metro, for in-store pick-up or delivery anywhere in France.
CLA combines easily with a protein powder or creatine; we are happy to help you build a coherent routine rather than pile up products.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules a day?
Four, the manufacturer’s recommended serving, spread across meals. The bottle of 120 capsules therefore lasts 30 days.
Is CLA suitable for vegetarians?
No. The safflower oil is plant-based, but the softgel is made of beef gelatin.
Should I take it before training?
No. CLA is taken with meals, regardless of training; consistency is what matters.
Does CLA work on its own?
It is a supporting product. It only makes sense within an already adjusted diet and regular physical activity.
