Natural caramel flavouring in Paris: Dynveo, sugar-free
Dynveo caramel flavouring brings an indulgent note to plain powders, with no sugar, no sweetener and no controversial additives. The tub of 15 servings is available at our shop in Paris.
Sugar-free caramel is not a contradiction
Caramel instantly suggests sugar. The idea here is to capture the flavour note without the sweetness. The result is a warm, rounded taste, richer than vanilla, that turns a plain powder into a pleasant drink.
If vanilla feels too tame or you like variety, caramel is the indulgent option. We often suggest having both and alternating: boredom is the number one reason people give up their protein.
No sugar, no sweetener, no controversial additives
Caramel shares the base of the whole Dynveo flavouring line: no sugar, no synthetic sweeteners, no controversial additives — the opposite of flavoured protein powders, which almost always contain sucralose or acesulfame K.
It contains baobab pulp, rich in soluble fibre, which makes the drink creamier — a good match for a caramel note. The tub is labelled vegan.
What it goes best with
Caramel works best with dairy-based powders: plain whey, bovine collagen, milk protein. It is excellent with almond or hazelnut milk, and with coffee if you take your protein in the morning — for instance with our Dynveo native whey isolate.
It suits strongly flavoured plant powders such as hemp or spirulina less well; vanilla or coconut do better there.
Use and storage
A pinch in a shaker, quark, yoghurt or porridge. It is concentrated: start small and adjust step by step. The tub holds 15 servings.
Once opened, close it tightly, keep it dry and never use a wet spoon, or the powder will clump.
