Three types of collagen + cartilage: the Peptan and Colartix synergy
Type I collagen is the most abundant in the human body: it forms the framework of skin, tendons, ligaments and bones. In Collagen Repair, it is provided by Peptan, a range of hydrolysed collagen peptides developed by ROUSSELOT, with a low molecular weight (around 2,000 to 3,000 daltons) that promotes fast intestinal absorption.
Type II collagen is the main component of joint cartilage. Here it is provided by Colartix, a patented cartilage that also supplies chondroitin sulfate. Type III collagen, which complements type I, naturally accompanies these sources. Added to this are N-acetylglucosamine, a natural component of cartilage, and vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and bones.

Composition and values per dose
For a daily dose of 10 g, Collagen Repair provides 8,000 mg of collagen (Peptan type I and Colartix), 1,000 mg of cartilage, 450 mg of chondroitin sulfate, 450 mg of N-acetylglucosamine and 100 mg of vitamin C. The powder has a neutral taste and dissolves easily.

Directions for use
The recommended dose is 10 g per day (one level scoop), dissolved in a large glass of water, a juice, a smoothie or a hot drink (coffee, tea). Pour the powder into the liquid and stir for a few seconds. The neutral taste does not alter the flavour of the drink.
For a course of treatment, regular use over 8 to 12 weeks is common, as the cartilage components are best appreciated over time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
