Collagène beauté is one of Novoma’s new products. The idea is simple: bring together in one scoop the actives people usually buy separately. A serving provides 5 g of Naticol® marine collagen, 200 mg of ExceptionHYAL® Star hyaluronic acid, 200 mg of CAVAQ10® (of which 40 mg of coenzyme Q10), 10 mg of zinc, 150 mg of vitamin C and 450 µg of biotin.

Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Zinc and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. You will find more in our beauty, skin, nails and hair section.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. Types I and III are the ones found in skin, where they take part in its structure and suppleness. Natural production falls with age, which is why collagen is one of the most asked-about products in our Paris shop.

Novoma uses Naticol® from the French maker Weishardt: marine collagen peptides of types I and III, hydrolysed down to a molecular weight of about 2,000 daltons, easy to dissolve and well absorbed. It comes from sustainably caught fish (Friend of the Sea certification) and is known for its neutral taste. All our collagens sit in the collagen section.

Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in skin and can hold large amounts of water. Novoma chose ExceptionHYAL® Star, a sodium hyaluronate obtained by fermentation.

Coenzyme Q10 is present in every cell, including skin cells. Here too Novoma uses the CAVAQ10® form from Wacker, designed to be well absorbed: the same raw material as in our Coenzyme Q10 capsules.

Stir one scoop into 250 to 350 ml of water or the drink of your choice, mixing until the powder has fully dissolved. The strawberry-guava flavour is fruity and light, sweetened with steviol glycosides: it works well with cold water, and also in a smoothie or a drinking yoghurt. Naticol® dissolves in warm drinks too.

The time of day does not matter: what counts is making it a daily habit. The 175 g pouch holds 28 servings. Novoma suggests following the course for three months.
